U.S. Returns + Exchanges Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Rare Beauty order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded. Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

To initiate a return or exchange, please click here (returns.beautycaresinfo.com) to begin the return process. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code. Note, you are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.
If you're returning a defective/ wrong item (s), please initiate a return using our returns portal (returns.beautycaresinfo.com) or contact our support team at beautycaresinfo hello@rarebeauty.com for help.
International Returns + Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of U.S. Please contact our support team at hello@beautycaresinfo.com.
